It's all been about Bright Ideas this year! 

Bringing together hints, tips and advice from Potentiality staff, clients and others in the development world, we came up with Bright Ideas to inspire your Engagement, Fundraising, Events and Security.

We offered a 'Lucky Dip' style game at our exhibition stand at the IDPE Conference encouraging delegates to dip into mason jars and retrieve an idea to motivate them.

In our UK workshops we shared our Bright Ideas and heard some great new ones from our current clients who were more than happy to share with our newer clients.

To accompany our actual Bright Ideas we handed out Bright Ideas stress light bulbs which were a hit! Plenty of uses were on display immediately from hand exercises, squeezing for stress relief to launching them at colleagues!! (Just for fun of course!)
