This year's IDPE conference was a whole new experience! 

Held at the gorgeous Celtic Manor Resort in Wales offering beautiful views and incredible conference facilities, cozy outdoor bars for drinks and a huge stage for a Welsh Choir spectacular at dinner which included delicious food and a crazy quiz! 

Phew! We even had time to chat with the fabulous delegates at our stand, handing out our Bright Ideas and making new connections with development teams and other organisations.

A huge thank you to The IDPE team for an inspiring and motivating get together and here's to another year of success!
