With the completion of SHIELD, a major product overhaul this year, we can now shift our focus towards enhancing our service to you in various other ways. The addition of new staff members is a pivotal step in achieving this goal. This year we were delighted to introduce our latest additions to the tech team - the lovely Jesh, our Technical Support Engineer and Johndelf, our Full Stack Developer. We also extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our customer service team, Celeste, who will play a crucial role in the delivery of premium customer satisfaction and account management services. Each of them bring a unique set of skills and experience that we believe will enhance the service and support we provide you.
