In 2023 we are thrilled to be celebrating our 25th anniversary! Founded in 1998 by Director John Batistich, Potentiality has been helping schools, colleges and organisations across the globe to Locate, Engage and Advance with their communities. To celebrate this incredible anniversary we listened to our clients needs and developed an advanced product, Potentiality Shield, offering these fantastic upgrades - 1. New 'serverless' architecture. Now utilizing cutting edge technology which ensures the fastest and most stable experience for all clients. 2. Installed a new visual framework. All sites have now been upgraded to the latest version of our underlying style framework and a new contemporary theme has been installed. This has given an instant refresh to all sites, but will also lead to much improved designs in all newly created tools from now on. 3. All underlying libraries have been upgraded to the latest versions. This enhances the security and user experience of the system 4. No dependency on free services like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. All similar platforms leak engagement data to marketing companies such as Google and Facebook which allows them to market to your users based on their use of your site. We have upgraded our analytics tools to replace these free products, giving you more granular analytics on the usage of your site, as well as treating the privacy of your community with the respect it deserves. 5. New content builder. With hundreds of new more modern templates, a new animation engine to make your sites "go pop" and a multi-platform preview tool to ensure your site looks great on any device. 6. Enhanced security features. All layers of the system have been enhanced, including the installation of AWS WAF (web application firewall) and many other new security tools. Your data has never been more secure. Now fully launched and with all clients utilising the new version, we are proud of our achievement this year!
